Based in Douglasville, Georgia, Clinethia "Neat" Chaney-Hall, founder of H.A.L.O7, is a social worker, published author, community advocate, philanthropist, and motivational speaker. She believes its our duty to leave people better than we find them. Her mission is to empower individuals to effectively strengthen from within and elevate as they thrive to  achieve their fullest potential.  Mrs. Hall is dedicated to connecting  individuals  to resouces necessary for  growth and change.

With over 20 years of experience and a knack for making meaningful connections in the community.  Mrs. Hall loves her career as a social worker. Her down-to-earth, engaging personality allows her to meet people where they are and leave them with empowering tools and focused mindsets that they can use for a lifetime. She has an insatiable appetite for helping others maximize their potential and strives to be a positive, inspirational role model to any individual she comes in contact with. Mrs. Hall mentors and inspires with passion.

Aside from passion for serivce , Mrs. Hall enjoys spending time with her loved ones, working in the media and production world and traveling. She is a native of North Carolina and undergraduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (AGGIE PRIDE!).
